Capital Improvements & Technology
Our capital improvement priorities reach beyond just bricks and mortar to ensuring that the technology and programs available to our members will give them the knowledge they need for success in a highly technical world.
Capital Improvements & Technology
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia owns or has primary responsibility to care for seven buildings or physical plants, some of which date back to the mid-19th century. In order to keep these spaces safe and attractive places for our kids to learn, grow and play, we need to continue to renovate and update our facilities. In addition, in this digital age, we want to ensure we offer our members cutting-edge technology services and programs.
Our goals for capital improvements & technology include:
• Make extensive capital improvements to our aging facilities.
• Create teen-centered areas within each Club that will attract and retain teen Club members.
• Offer up-to-date technology to help our kids learn beneficial skills that will help them achieve academically and professionally.
