While sustainability is a new buzzword for many non-profit organizations, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia has enjoyed six straight years of positive financial growth. We would like to expand on this solid foundation by creating an endowment that will provide funds to sustain operations into the future.
Our goals for the endowment include:
• Securing support from private sector sources to expand the endowment fund.
• Use income from the endowment to financially support high-need areas.
• Fund promising new program initiatives.
