Our Reach
We offer programs in Bridesburg, Feltonville, Germantown, Kensington, Nicetown, North Philadelphia, Northeast Frankford, Oxford Circle, South Philadelphia, West Kensington, and Wissahickon. 
 
We have more than 175 professionally trained staff members. 
 
Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia continues to grow, serving over 13,000 youth annually. 
 
Our Investment
It takes an average of $500 per each young person served annually. Our delinquency-prevention programs are proven to work, and save the city between $25,000 and $75,000 per year for each young adult kept out of jail. 
 
Our Success
A 2007 national survey of Boys & Girls Clubs alumni conducted by Lou Harris & Associates revealed the following startling statistics:

80% said Club staff helped them learn right from wrong
90% indicated the Club was the best thing available in their community
57% said participating in the Club "saved my life"
90% of alumni graduated from high school
60% said the Club was the only place to go in their neighborhood afterschool
 
Our Clubs 
We have 108 computers in the labs throughout all of our Clubs. All of our computers are networked into a high-speed DSL Internet connection, and are equipped with the latest web design and word processing software.
 
 
Our Club facilities include four standard-sized indoor gyms and four indoor double gyms. Each Club also has outdoor facilities that include soccer fields, basketball courts, and playgrounds. 
 
Our extension sites allow us to reach more youth through after-school programs and weekend programs at public and charter elementary, middle and high schools.
