Tariq Ahmed, Vice President & General Manager at BrightView
Tariq Ahmed is the Vice President and General Manager for Penn/NJ locations at BrightView Landscape Services. Tariq has worked with BrightView for 18 years, starting as a crew foreman and working his way up to Vice President and General Manager, overseeing Philadelphia clients including the University of Pennsylvania campus. Tariq earned his MBA from Rutgers Business School. Tariq is first generation born in the United States. His parents are from Turkey and Pakistan and came to the United States for college in the 1970s.
Mike Goings, Vice President of Social Responsibility & Fan Development, Philadelphia 76ers
Mike Goings is the Vice President of Social Responsibility & Fan Development for the Philadelphia 76ers, the third winningest NBA franchise. In this role, he oversees the team’s social responsibility and fan development efforts which are centered around creating positive impact within the Greater Philadelphia community through strategic programs and initiatives, while also developing the next generation of 76ers fans through the team’s Jr. 76ers youth platform. In addition, Goings heads up the team’s alumni and influencer marketing initiative which aims to recognize and engage former players and local influencers in various business functions.
Goings is entering his 19th season with the team and 3rd in his current role. In 2023, he was recognized as a part of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s annual 40 Under 40 honorees.
A Washington D.C. native, Goings is a 2005 graduate of Temple University’s School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. He resides in South Jersey with his wife and three children.

Throughout his decade-long tenure, Jeff has demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, and a profound understanding of the media landscape. His unwavering dedication and strategic vision have been pivotal in shaping the success of iHeart Media, cementing his reputation as a respected industry leader.
Throughout his career, Jeff has demonstrated a deep commitment to philanthropy and social causes. He has actively contributed to numerous charitable initiatives, fostering meaningful connections with various organizations and stakeholders. His strong leadership skills and strategic vision have consistently led to successful fundraising campaigns and sustainable growth for the causes he supports.
Jeff lives in Haddonfield NJ with his wife Rebecca and their 3 daughters. He also hosts a Golf Podcast on the iHeart Podcast Network called Swing It & Ding It along with fellow Temple Grads, Harry Mayes and Danielle Matthews.
