Joel Davis, President & General Manager at NBC10, Telemundo 62, and NBC Sports Philadelphia
With more than 35 years of local media experience, including more than a decade as a station leader, Joel Davis took over as President and General Manager of NBC10, Telemundo 62, and NBC Sports Philadelphia in March 2025. He joined NBCU Local Philadelphia from Capitol Broadcasting Co., where he served as Vice President & General Manager of NBC affiliate WRAL, FOX affiliate WRAZ, and WNGT in Raleigh, NC, for nearly seven years.
An Iowa native, Davis began his career as an investigative research intern while attending Iowa State University, where he earned a journalism degree. A multiple Emmy and Murrow Award winner, he is President of the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters and Chair of Iowa State’s Greenlee School of Journalism Advisory Council.

Dustin Worthman, Director of Sales at Lamb Insurance Services
Dustin Worthman is the Director of Sales for Lamb Insurance Services, the nation’s largest insurance broker dedicated solely to insuring nonprofit & human service organizations. He has over 10 years of experience as a risk advisor, managing the insurance portfolios of multiple nationwide social service organizations, and is a member of numerous human/social service associations. Dustin earned his B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Graham School of Business at York College of Pennsylvania.
Mike Trimble, Regional Vice President at TD Bank
Mike Trimble is the Regional Vice President for TD Bank in Suburban PA. In this role, Mike is responsible for leading TD Bank's Commercial Banking efforts in the region, overseeing a team of 13 Relationship Managers encompassing commercial loan commitments in excess of $1.2 billion and commercial deposits in excess of $4 billion. Mike & his team are responsible for delivering comprehensive banking and financing solutions to a wide array of clients and borrowers, including both for-profit and non-profit organizations, as well as investors and developers of Commercial Real Estate assets. Solutions include but are not limited to commercial lending, deposit accounts & treasury management, merchant processing, capital leasing, and international services. Mike joined TD Bank in 2010 as a Credit Analyst and has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility over the last 14+ years, all focused on driving profitable and sustainable growth for TD Bank while helping business owners & decision makers achieve their goals.
As an active member of the community, in addition to his role on the BGCP Board, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, and is an active participant and volunteer across a number of local organizations. Mike resides in Malvern with his wife Gabby, their three children, and two dogs.
